Chilliwack (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2013 with the aim of providing the private TVET college sector with an affordable, user-friendly student management information system (MIS).
The system is cloud-based and requires only a Windows-enabled device to access the Windows application.
Chilliwack MIS supports academic staff and enables management to effectively track student progress and monitor lecturer performance.
The system integrates with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), where all examination enrolments and results are administered.
It also integrates with the Pastel Accounting system, allowing for efficient management of student financial records.
The Chilliwack team brings over 30 years of experience in the TVET environment, including roles as lecturers and heads of division. This experience enables them to provide strong academic support to colleges, as well as financial expertise to assist finance departments when exporting invoices from Chilliwack to Pastel.
